The soon-to-close Panda House on Post Street in Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood could soon have a new tenant.

A sign on the restaurant building at 2700 Post St., at Post and King streets, says Tunis is coming soon.

April 30 is the last day the Chinese-themed Panda House will be open.
