Southern Home Services acquires David Gray Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air

The owner says it plans to retain the Jacksonville-based company’s name, branding and employees.

Southern Home Services said April 30 it acquired Jacksonville-based David Gray Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air.

Maitland-based Southern Home Services operates home service companies in 11 states, according to its website.

The company said David Gray will continue to operate under its current name and branding, and it plans to retain the company’s employees.
