It was the 1950s when NEFBA’s first Parade of Homes opened the doors to what became known as the area’s biggest open house. The Parade now includes communities across Northeast Florida and homes built by NEFBA builders. The annual spring event invites the public to meet the area’s best builders, to tour their homes and visit their communities.
