Ted Pappas, D. Jerome Brim Jr. and Jeffrey W. Verheyen have opened Pappas, Brim and Verheyen, a Jacksonville-based architectural firm, which is located at 208 Washington St. The firm is working on several projects, including an office park in LaVilla, the new Orange Park Acura and Cross Creek Bar-B-Que & Steakhouses, Inc. on three new restaurants.
