Thackeray Partners sold Creekside Distribution Center in North Jacksonville to Colony NorthStar Inc. for $24.05 million.
The deed was executed Monday and recorded with the Duval County Clerk of Courts on Thursday.
Thackeray paid $20.75 million for the property in September 2014.
The three warehouse-distribution centers total 335,916 square feet of space on 25.02 acres at 13845, 13903 and 13949 Alvarez Road. They were built in 2008.
Colony NorthStar is a publicly traded global real estate and investment management firm based in Los Angeles.
Thackeray Partners is a real estate investor based in Dallas. It invests through private equity funds.
Thackeray sold the property through TPRF III Creekside Distribution LLC. Colony NorthStar bought it through Colfin 2017-10 Industrial Owner LLC.
Colony NorthStar had no comment. Thackeray Partners did not return a call or email.
