Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville has opened a new model home, furnished by Sisler Johnston Interior Design, in the growing neighborhood of New Town.

Located at 1308 Tyler St., the model and homes built by HabiJax in New Town are part of a revitalization project underway in the historic neighborhood west of Downtown.

Priced from $101,000, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Wiley model includes 1,064 square feet of flexible living space.

It features an open living room, stylish kitchen with designer oak flat panel cabinets and Formica countertops, and a master bedroom with master bath and walk-in closet.

For the model, Sisler Johnston selected a color palette of warm neutrals with vibrant accents of crimson, apple green and honey and included a Spiderman-themed children’s bedroom.
