Juan Kuryla, Port of Miami deputy director, has been named CEO of the Jacksonville Port Authority.

The port board unanimously voted 7-0 for Kuryla at a meeting today.

The other two finalists for the position were Roy Schleicher, interim JaxPort CEO and former executive vice president, and Michael Moore, Global Container Terminals president and CEO.
