NAIOP members tour Downtown

About 125 members of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association Northeast Florida Chapter signed on for the Downtown Tour & Wine Tasting from 3:30-8:30 p.m. last Wednesday.

They walked Downtown among the six locations, touring parts of the buildings. Wine and appetizers were offered at each stop.

Mark Jackson chaired the event.

The group visited the Florida Theatre at 128 E. Forsyth St. for registration and a wine-tasting 4-4:30 p.m. and then visited the Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam offices at 14 E. Bay St.; CoWork Jax at 5 W. Forsyth St.; The Jacksonville Bank Building at 100 N. Laura St.; the Zodiac Grill in The Schultz Building at 118 W. Adams St.; and ended at the Museum of Contemporary Art at 333 N. Laura St. for the after-party.

The after-party sponsor was Midtown Centre Office Park.

Wine sponsors were CenterState Bank and Taurus.

The band sponsor was AlliedBarton Security Services.

Stop sponsors were Parkway, Perdue, Duckworth Construction Co., PrimeRealty and Weaver Realty Group.

Tour sponsors were The Jacksonville Bank Building; CoWork JAX; the Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam law firm; and The Schultz Building.
