Jeff Nelson (right), president of Jacksonville-based Diversified Clinical Services, and Mayor Alvin Brown announced Wednesday morning that the wound-care and disease-management company will merge with Boca Raton-based National Healing Corp., keep its headquarters and training operations in Jacksonville and expand. Nelson said the company, which will be known as National Healing Corp., will grow from 89 to 145 employees over three years. It also will add office space in Southside.
