Nocatee has announced three new neighborhoods opening in early 2018.

 Crosswater at Nocatee will feature homes starting in the high $200,000s, all in St. Johns County off Crosswater Parkway.

Liberty Cove at Crosswater will offer homes from 1,300 square feet to more than 2,300 square feet built by David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes and Providence Homes.

The community will have 138 lots, with 54 surrounding a pond. The remainder either back up to a preserve or to streets with natural buffers.

Heritage Trace at Crosswater will have 188 homesites built by CalAtlantic Homes, David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes and Riverside Homes.

They range from 1,900 square feet to 3,200 square feet, all backing up to preserve, ponds or buffers.
