Mission

To advance business and Latino opportunities for success through inclusive and progressive mentoring, networking and education. 

We are a workforce and professional development organization focused on the Hispanic labor force. We offer training and career development, job placement and referral services and consulting services for business practices focused on attracting, recruiting and retaining Hispanic employees.

First experience with community service

My first experience with community service was serving with Women in Local Leadership under United Way and serving as a board member with the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.  

Your job before The H.I.L.L. of Northeast FL

I have been a human resource professional for the past 25 years with Fortune 100 companies, including Sallie Mae, Pepsi-Cola, Best Buy and Coach. I currently serve on the board for March of Dimes, Northeast Florida Region.
