Serving Jacksonville
Since 1982. We serve Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, St. Johns and Volusia counties. We are headquartered in Jacksonville with another office in Daytona Beach.
Those served
We are not a direct-service organization. Our data and research services assist those organizations that provide direct services. We provide research and health-planning consulting services and conduct health care utilization studies for hospitals, public health departments, human service organizations, higher education, elected officials and funding organizations in the seven counties.
Biggest challenge
Eliminating destructive competition among similar community organizations and businesses and influencing them to embrace collaboration and strategic partnerships to improve health outcomes.

Seeing the results of organizations that actually commit to working with others to improve health outcomes.

First experience with community service
When I was 16, I volunteered with an organization that provided counseling and support services to abused children. That experience shaped my entire perspective of the world and created an overwhelming compassion for people with little or no voice.
Your job before the Health Planning Council
Public affairs consultant with First Coast Service Options, Florida’s Medicare administrator and a subsidiary of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.
