Sports Mania opened a new store Saturday afternoon at Regency Square Mall.
The Jacksonville-based sportswear chain is one of the new tenants signed by the new owners of the Arlington mall. Sports Mania operates near JCPenney in the East Mall, where mall management is concentrating retail growth. The chain sells sports apparel and accessories.
Sports Mania Inc. is family owned by John A. Smith, who played football for the Florida Gators.
