The Strand, a high-rise apartment building on the Southbank, was sold Sept. 30 by The Strand Investors Limited Partnership to 1401 Riverplace LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with an address listed in Miami.
According to data provided to the Duval County Clerk of Court, the building sold for $53.3 million. Its assessed value, according to the Duval County Property Appraiser, is $35.3 million.
The 29-story The Strand opened in 2007.
