WG Pitts has been selected to provide planning and design-build construction services for Treaty Oaks, a new single-family home community in St. Johns County.

The $13.2 million Phase 1 project will include infrastructure, design and construction of the Treaty Oaks entrance and amenity center.

Encompassing 67 acres, Treaty Oaks is a 418-unit single-family home community a mile east of Interstate 95 on County Road 207 in St. Augustine.

A model home is being built by Treaty Oaks’ first builder, Richmond American Homes.

Treaty Oaks’ amenity center will cover 1.8 acres and include a junior Olympic-size swimming pool and a fully equipped 2,413-square-foot building containing a fitness center, community room and kitchen.

The Treaty Oaks community will include walking paths that lead to nearby Treaty Park.

The 47-acre park complex offers a fitness and aquatics center with community room, lighted softball fields, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, racquetball courts, bocce ball courts and basketball courts.
