Circuit Court
New court cases involving suits filed by a plaintiff for damages alleged to have been caused by the actions or negligence of a defendant, which can be an individual or a business, corporation or government entity.

Reports of court finding and decisions such as granting of dissolution, final judgments, etc.

County Court

Bankruptcy
New court cases involving an individual or business that is unable to pay debts owed to creditors. All assets not exempted by law are liquidated to pay creditors.
New court cases involving a business or individual with substantial assets. Debts owed to creditors are reorganized. The bankruptcy court oversees the reorganization and may take over operation of a business.

Real Estate
Official permission from the city's Planning & Development department to make alterations, build new or demolish buildings or parts of buildings which are regulated by the technical codes. This permission is required by law.
Liens
A legal claim placed against property for another satisfaction of alleged debt or duty. Includes lien number, person or company holding lien, debtor, amount of lien, date filed.
Satisfaction of Liens Filing shows that debt has been paid and lien on property has been removed.
