Q. My username and password are not working
A. One of the most common reasons for this is that you have used the wrong case
for entering in your username or password. Our system is case sensitive and this will
cause an error.
Another reason for this error is because you have DO NOT ACCEPT COOKIES checked in your
browser preferences. Our website uses sessions, but on older browsers and AOL, we must
set a cookie that lets the website know what level of subscription that you have and that
you are logged on.
