Dennis Ginder served as NEFBA’s 70th president in 2013 and as chair of the St. Johns Builders Council in 2009.
He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of North Florida.
Ginder began his career in the homebuilding industry in 1995.

Earning increasingly more responsible positions with notable national builders in communities throughout the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area, Ginder also took a leadership role in NEFBA.
As president of Landon Homes (named for his son), Ginder’s focus is a hands-on approach to home building.
In 2010, Ginder was recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of the top 40 executives under 40.
Big Builder Magazine also recognized him as a recipient of the Apex Award in 2006.
In a survey by The St. Augustine Record, Landon Homes was voted St. Augustine’s No. 1 builder in 2015 and the company was named one of the best places to work in the area by the Jacksonville Business Journal this year.
