Davidson’s Evans earns specialist designation
Suzy Evans with Davidson Realty received the certified residential specialist designation from the Council of Residential Specialists.
Realtors who earn the CRS designation have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
In 2015, Davidson Realty recognized Evans as the year’s top producer and top sales agent. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and holds additional designations, including being certified distressed property expert and certified negotiation expert.
“My top priority is helping buyers and sellers navigate the complex housing market and walk away happy with their experience. The CRS designation enhances my ability to do that for my customers,” said Evans.
