Landon Homes recently had a grand opening of its model home in Beach Haven.
The community across Florida A1A from the ocean offers beach lifestyle with prices starting at $350,000. The Key West-style homes with front porches and picket fences range from 1,680 to 3,500 square feet.
There are nine floor plans available, with options including a bonus room, a butler’s pantry and outdoor living space.
A model home is located at 23 Sandy Beach Way in Palm Coast.
Amenities include a lake with a foot bridge, walking trails, pool and an amenity center.
“I call the style here ‘cottage with a twist of sophistication’,” said Cathy Catalfamo, a Landon Homes new homes sales consultant.

The coastal-style gated neighborhood was created by McGarvey Residential Communities.

KB Home adding Apple HomeKit
KB Home will be one of a few builders to partner with Apple to integrate its new HomeKit into their homes.
Buyers will be able to add this feature to their new home through KB Home’s Design Studio, where they can see a demonstration.
The HomeKit is a secure way to control home automation products such as lights, door locks or thermostats.
Pricing is still being determined for the feature, anticipated to launch with KB Home this fall.

Paradise Key South Beach is nearing completion, with only two lots left.
The neighborhood was selected as the location by HGTV for its 2013 Smart Home, which gave the area an international spotlight.
The lots are $185,000 to $265,000 and home prices started in the $600,000s.
Buyers can choose from one- and two-story floorplans in the Jacksonville Beach community.

Incentives available on some Madeira homes
Move-in ready homes are available in Madeira in St. Augustine, which include incentives for quick-close homes by elacora.
The homes available for a quick move-in including the two-story Sorio model, featuring a large lanai off the family room and breakfast café and several upgrades.
The home is priced at $339,000 and includes free lawn maintenance for a year.
There also are five other homes available for an expedited move-in, ranging in size from 2,008 t 3,150 square feet and priced from $331,400 to $470,000.
Elacora is offering up to $25,000 in incentives on the select homes.
KB Home opens two communities
KB Home is opening two communities this summer, Vista Pointe and Chandlers Crossing.
Vista Pointe is a single-family neighborhood in the Intracoastal West market. It offers six floor plans ranging from 1,650 to 3,052 square feet and up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The gated community is convenient to the St. Johns Town Center and offers easy access to Interstate 295.
Potential buyers can tour a model home and get information at the sales center at 12206 Vista Pointe Circle.
Chandlers Crossing is off Yellow Bluff Road in North Jacksonville.
The community has eight one- and two-story plans from 1,494 to 2,752 square feet, with up to six bedrooms and three bathrooms.
