Work has already begun on NEFBA’s 2017 Membership Directory and Buying Guide. Ask any NEFBA member and you will hear that the directory is one of the top benefits of belonging to this association. Ad space is limited and sales have been brisk. Premium spots always go first, so call us today. The deadline for reserving your space is Jan. 18, 2017.

The directory is the go-to resource builders use to find contractors and business partners. Many of our Pinnacle Builders cite the directory as their contact resource since they have committed to doing business with other NEFBA members. And, “members doing business with members” has been NEFBA’s philosophy for many years.

For associate members, the directory acts as a conduit to builders and other members who are potential clients or customers. You belong to an association of experts in many fields, and your membership directory gives you access to them.

NEFBA has more than 1,200 members and growing. It is the largest home builders association in Florida and one of the largest in the nation. Your ad makes it easier for your potential customers to find you.

“A primary principle at NEFBA is to do business with other members,” said Palmer Kuder, who is in charge of the directory this year. “Your well-placed ad in the directory will ensure that your company’s service or product will be noticed by builders and other associates will notice you, even before they begin to look for you.”

Each year, the directory is updated so you have information about the organization, NEFBA staff contacts, the councils and committees, award winners, past presidents and NEFBA’s Apprenticeship Program and Builders Care. It’s usually not filed away or sitting idle on a bookshelf. More likely, a well-worn copy will be on the desk of most members.

“I rely a lot on my digital resources, and the directory is available online, but my hand-held paper copy is indispensable,” said Chet Skinner, NEFBA’s president. “It’s well organized, easy to use, and I can flip through pages until I find what or who I’m looking for. I can search under type of business and service and the complete list of all members.”

Ad sizes range from 1/8 of a page to full page, black and white or color. Premium spaces – covers and tabs, for example, are in limited supply. It’s in your best interest to reserve your space early for best choices.
