Here’s a list of key monthly updates from NEFBA’s Apprenticeship Program:
• The program is proud to introduce Will Saunders to its team as a training coordinator.
• The five-year quality assurance and compliance review by the Florida Department of Education went very well.
• Laura Harrington was able to work with Veterans Affairs office on behalf of several veterans to help them take full advantage of VA benefits for apprentices. One individual will receive almost $10,000 in back pay for benefits.
• NEFBA will celebrate National Apprenticeship Week Nov. 14-20.
• The annual Apprenticeship Clay Shoot is scheduled for Jan. 27 at Bradford Sports Farm. Tickets for raffle and sponsorships are now available.
