St. Vincent's HealthCare provides 600 Thanksgiving meals

St. Vincent’s HealthCare employees, above, prepared nearly 600 Thanksgiving meals for residents in Duval and Clay counties. They dished up 210 pounds of turkey, 150 pounds each of green beans, sweet mashed potatoes and stuffing, and 80 pounds of cranberries. Thirty-five taxi drivers donated their time to deliver the meals. Each meal included a greeting card, like the one below, created by elementary school students and Aging True. This is the 23rd year St. Vincent’s has prepared the meals.
