Davidson Realty has added several new agents, including:
• Steve Black, who has an environmental design degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has 27 years’ experience in the design and construction industry in residential and commercial fields.
Black has coached baseball, football, lacrosse and soccer teams in the Julington Creek area.
• Mike Kohli, who spent several years in the pharmacy and textile industries before getting into real estate.
He was raised in India and move to the United States when he was 20. He has degrees in chemistry and pharmacy.
He moved to Jacksonville in 1983, where he was a pharmacist for several years.
Kohli and his business partner — professional golfer Vijay Singh — launched a silk business.
• Pam Lareau, who comes to the real estate profession after spending decades as an educator.
She has a degree in elementary education and worked at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind, then as a public school teacher for 20 years.
• Clara Napolean, who has owned and operated a hair care business in Jacksonville since 2004.
She was born in Germany and raised in Northeast Florida.
• Terri Otterman, a South Florida native who started her career in real estate in 1993.
She also has been owner of a Christian bookstore and co-owner of an auction business, as well as being a newspaper columnist.
• Bill Thew, an associate broker, brings more than 15 years’ experience to the agency. The Florida native’s first career was in radiation protection services, working for power plants around the country.
He also served on the St. Augustine and St. Johns County Board of Realtors.
Berkshire Hathaway
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty has hired several agents, including:
• Beth Davis and Jennifer Hull, who both will work in the firm’s Beaches/Intracoastal West and Southside office, 375-1 Atlantic Blvd.
Davis has two years’ experience and has spent more than two decades in Northeast Florida. She previously was a general manager for an area bar and restaurant.
She founded Jax Beaches Charities in 2011 and enjoys golf, fishing, kayaking and hiking.
Hull has a master of business administration from Saint Leo University and a bachelor of business administration from the University of North Florida. She has experience in human resources and customer service.
A native Floridian, Hull has worked in Jacksonville and the Beaches for more than a decade.
• Tudy Wilbur will work at the Villages of Seloy, a St. Augustine gated community that is exclusively listed by Berkshire Hathaway. The office is at 206 Seloy Drive.
• Logan Johnson, a former national director for the Navy League of the United States. He is a Vietnam-era Navy officer and has been a pilot since he was 16. Johnson will work in the St. Augustine Beach office at 112 Sea Grove Main St., Suite 10.
• Detra Hagerman will join the agency’s Ponte Vedra/Nocatee office. She was born in North Carolina but spent most of her life in Northern Virginia.
