It was a big year for beachfront property sales as homes along Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach dominated 2017’s top 10 home sales by closing price. Here are this year’s most expensive homes sold through Nov. 15, according to Northeast Florida Multiple Listing Service data.
