San Marco Loop ‘fresh, hip’ renovations are complete

There’s a new look at the original Loop Pizza Grill in San Marco.

The renovation features three long community tables in the center of the restaurant, with booths along both side walls.

“Visiting the site daily has brought back a lot of nostalgic memories as three different patterns of green and purple wallpaper kept surfacing. The same colors pop up in the new decor with accents of black and white,” said co-founder Terry Schneider. “It’s fresh. It’s hip. But best of all, brand new bathrooms.”

The work kept the restaurant closed for several weeks, but it has reopened.

The San Marco Loop opened in 1981 and has been joined by nine other locations, plus another scheduled to open in Fleming Island, according to its website.
