Plans were filed for the 378-unit Ibis Pointe Apartments in the Regency area west of the Southside Connector and south of Lone Star Road.

Ibis Pointe is proposed on 28.25 acres to include 20 buildings and areas for the clubhouse and pool, tennis court, tot lot, soccer field and dog walk.

The 378 units comprise 108 one-bedroom, 222 two-bedroom and 48 three-bedroom apartments. Four garage buildings are shown as well.

Rich Properties Inc. of St. Lucie is the developer.

The company said it was not ready to comment.

Plans filed with the mobility fee calculation application show the address as 9150 Lone Star Road. The mobility fee certificate listed Richbuilt Group of Jacksonville LLC is the property developer. Baker Klein Engineering is the civil engineer.

Property records show the vacant site is owned by Indigo Jax Apartments LLC of Coral Gables.
