Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews opens Monday at 11 a.m. at Town Center Promenade along Town Center Parkway, across from St. Johns Town Center.
On Wednesday, the restaurant held a soft opening for customers who signed up online for reservations. That event continues through Saturday, but is sold out.
Manager Brian Anderson said it is the first of five Red Robins planned for the Jacksonville area. He said the restaurant has hired about 100 people from thousands of applicants.
More than 540 Red Robins operate across the U.S. and Canada.
Just north of Red Robin, Newk’s Eatery and Taco Bell are open, while work continues on several new restaurants in the area.
