Jacksonville-based Availity LLC will anchor the building, which is expected to be completed in July 2018. VanTrust Real Estate is developing the $30 million project on almost 11 acres. VanTrust paid $4.58 million for the property in August. In May, VanTrust bought 14 acres next to it, at a cost of $7 million, for development of Town Center Two and Three to comprise between 250,000 and 300,000 square feet of office space. The investment in those two structures is estimated at $50 million to $60 million.
