CREW Jacksonville presented its second annual Impact Awards on Oct. 16 at Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club. CREW is a diverse organization formed to support women in commercial real estate. Honors presented were:
Cushman & Wakefield of Florida Inc. and brokers Tyler Newman and Jacob Horsley, and Colliers International Northeast Florida and brokers Robert Selton, Bradley Coe and Douglas Blair, for the Amazon fulfillment center at 12900 Pecan Park Road in Northwest Jacksonville. The deal began in the first quarter of 2016, ground was broken in the fourth quarter and it opened Aug. 31. “That is lightning fast for a deal of this size,” CREW said. “The facility was built and staffed in just 13 months.”
Cushman Wakefield, Mainstreet Real Estate Services Inc. and The Block LLC for The Court Urban Food Park Downtown along South Hogan Street.
