Silverfield Group and Morales Group announced they started construction on their second office development in Nocatee.
Lakeside Professional Offices will comprise four single-story buildings totaling 34,000 square feet.
They anticipate completion of the first structure, Building 200, at 8,531 square feet, in March. Lakeside Professional Offices is owned and developed by NTC Office 2 LLC. Morales Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor.
The project is designed by Jeff M. Lane of Lane Architecture and by Connelly & Wicker Inc. NTC Office LLC was formed to own and develop Lakeside Professional Offices.
Its principals are members of Silverfield Group and Morales Group.
• First Federal Bank of Florida intends to open an office in the Wildlight community at northeast Interstate 95 and Florida A1A in Yulee in Nassau County. First Federal Bank of Florida intends to build a 2,000-square-foot building along Floco Avenue.
• Planet Fitness is renovating almost 25,000 square feet of space at 5810 Normandy Blvd., No. 2, next to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet at southeast Normandy and Lane avenues. NNI Construction Co. is the contractor for the $967,841 project.
• Pavilion Health Services paid $1.23 million for land at 4820 Deer Lake Drive W. in Tapestry Park for a Baptist Health primary care center. Plans in review show the 6,700-square-foot center on 1.77 acres at 4844 Deer Lake Court near Another Broken Egg Café. Tapestry Park II Commercial Venture LLC of Columbia, Missouri, sold the property.
• Johnny Clean Car Wash intends to open at 7147 Merrill Road. JCCW of Merrill Road LLC of Deerfield Beach intends to build a 5,726-square-foot car wash on 1.33 acres at northwest Merrill Road and Townsend Boulevard. Bohler Engineering of Boca Raton is the agent.
