Mark K. Bennett, senior vice president and commercial banking market executive of Bank of America for North Florida, South Georgia, South Alabama and South Mississippi.

• John Campion was elected chair of the Business Council for International Understanding. Campion is the founder and chairman of APR Energy, an international company providing access to fast-track electric solutions. Campion has been a volunteer board member for five years.
• Joy Young joined the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville as executive director. Young was director of administration, human resources and operations for the South Carolina Arts Commission in Columbia, South Carolina.
