Real estate broker Jeff Betros formed a new firm. Betros Realty is at 12627 San Jose Blvd., Suite 504E, launching with seven agents.
“Our team of experts represent the best and brightest in the industry, and we’re always striving to lead the field in research, innovation, training and education,” said Betros, adding his team has more than 100 years of combined experience in real estate, mortgage lending and title insurance.

• Toll Brothers promoted Steve Merten to president of the Northeast Florida Division. Merten started at Toll Brothers in 2005 as a project manager. He was part of the land acquisition team that helped design Julington Lakes, where he played a major role in efforts to conserve the land’s nature preserve.
He also led projects at Coastal Oaks at Nocatee. In his new role, Merten oversees operations for Toll Brothers’ Northeast Florida communities and leads the division’s growth initiatives, including the development of its newest local community, The Settlement at Twenty Mile.
• Amanda Adams joined Davidson Realty. She works out of the firm’s Jacksonville Beach office.
• LMH Realty added Jeff Sergeant and Chris Swan to its sales team. Sergeant will be based at the San Pablo Road branch office and Swan will be the on-site agent for TerraWise Homes at Cedarbrook and Cedar Bay in North Jacksonville.
