The iFly Jacksonville indoor skydiving center announced on its Facebook page that it will open at 10 a.m. Nov. 21 at 10579 Brightman Blvd., just south of Topgolf near St. Johns Town Center.

Prices start at $69.95 for two 60-second flights per person. The website says two flights are equivalent to three skydiving freefalls from 12,000 feet.

All first-time flyers are required to take a training class and should count on 1 1.2 hours for the entire experience. Customers wear flight suits over their clothing.

The iFlyworld.com site says the company started in 1998 as SkyVenture LLC, which developed technology to create a wall-to-wall cushion of air in a flight chamber. The first facility opened in 1999 and there now are 37 in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia.

It was rebranded iFly in 2005 and kept SkyVenture as the design and manufacturing company.
