• The St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce named six new board members for its 2018-19 fiscal year.
Dirk Schroeder, owner of Century 21 St. Augustine Properties, was named chair.
Mark Nighbor, of Advanced Disposal, will be vice chair.
Erika Hamer of Ponte Vedra Wellness Center is treasurer.
Skip Marsh of Flagler Hospital is secretary.
Mike Davis of A.D. Davis Construction Corp. is chair of the Economic Development Council.
Mary O’Brien of Meridian Waste is the past chair.
• Suddath Cos. former CEO and current vice chair Barry Vaughn was elected chair of UniGroup’s board of directors. UniGroup is a corporate mover and the parent company of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit.
• Baptist Health of Northeast Florida promoted Audrey Moran to executive vice president and also president of the Baptist Health Foundation. Moran will assume responsibility for human resources and leadership development while continuing as leader of social responsibility and community advocacy, spiritual care and Baptist Behavioral Health.
Scott Wooten, chief financial officer of Baptist Health, was promoted to executive vice president. Wooten will continue as CFO and assume responsibility in development and integration of future strategic business relationships.
• Sue DeLeon joined Memorial Hospital as assistant chief nursing officer. She is responsible for assisting in the development of a professional practice environment for nursing staff and other patient care departments. DeLeon was director of medical surgical, orthopedic and house supervision at West Marion Community Hospital in Ocala.
Bill Olson was named the next president and CEO of the Greater Jacksonville Agricultural Fair to succeed Martha Leverock, who will retire Dec. 31. Olson is vice president of operations of the fair.
Maria Hane, president of the Jacksonville Museum of Science & History, received the Tillie K. Fowler Distinguished Leadership Award for her community service, leadership efforts and demonstration of ethical leadership. Hane was named MOSH president in 2009.
