Toll Brothers is planning on building a subdivision with 212 single-family homes in the Switzerland area of St. Johns County.

Site plans submitted to the St. Johns River Water Management District show that the community has been named Old Town and will be located off Greenbriar Road, across the street from The Colony at Greenbriar.

The owner and developer is listed as Toll Brothers, based out of Horsham, Pennsylvania. However, the property owner is listed as Brian Schreiber of West Switzerland Property, Inc. and Midland Airport Property Inc., both of Old Town, Florida.

The development map shows 212 homes on lots that are a minimum of 60 feet wide, and that the community will be built on 143 acres.

Toll Brothers officials did not respond to requests for comment.
