The University of North Florida’s Skinner-Jones Hall, Building 4 was awarded Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

The $30 million project involved the renovation of the former Skinner-Jones North and Skinner-Jones South with a four-story addition and lobby.

“This is another example of UNF’s commitment to constructing sustainable buildings,” said Paul Stewart, campus planning, design and construction director.
