Posting House Pub in San Marco is in city review for a permit for Course Contracting LLC to renovate space at 2018 Hendricks Ave. at a cost of $120,000.
The British-style pub will set up in about 1,500 square feet of space.
The space was formerly the home of Layla’s and then Mezze Mediterranean Grill.
