Southside Assembly of God, which sold its San Marco area property in March for development of San Marco Crossing, intends to build a 24,000-square-foot, 450-seat sanctuary on about 5.1 acres it bought Aug. 8 for $1.45 million at 6851 Southpoint Parkway.

Pastor Milton Dykes said construction starts in November and the church will remain in San Marco through June.
