Burlington is building-out a 35,000-square-foot store at a cost of $1.4 in The Pavilion at Durbin Park in St. Johns County.

Ross Dress for Less will build-out 22,000 square feet at a cost of $880,000.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is building-out in 2,400 square feet at a cost of $300,000.

Daily’s in Julington: JEA issued a utility service availability letter for a 6,400-square-foot First Coast Energy Daily’s gas station and convenience store at 600 Florida 13 N. in Julington Creek. First Coast Energy said it owns the property but has not defined a construction start date or other details.

Aldi in St. Augustine: Aldi intends to add 3,714 square feet to its store at 1773 U.S. 1 S. in Seabridge Square in St. Augustine. It’s a $1 million project, according to a St. Johns County building permit. The store opened in 2014. The Seabridge Square site map shows Aldi is 23,323 square feet.

Gate Carwashes in Oakleaf, St. Johns County: Gate Petroleum Co. wants to build a Gate Express Carwash at Argyle Forest Boulevard and Middleburg Road in the Oakleaf area. The city is reviewing site plans for the 4,350-square-foot building on 1.01 acres. CPH Inc. is the civil engineer. St. Johns County is reviewing plans for construction of a 4,362-square-foot Gate Express Carwash on 1.6 acres along County Road 210 West, west of Interstate 95.

Caliber Collision along Philips and in Orange Park: Caliber Collision proposes to develop an 18,625-square-foot auto-truck repair collision-repair center on 2.29 acres at 11556 Philips Highway, south of Interstate 295. The city calculated a $30,988 mobility fee to mitigate the traffic impact. The existing structures on the site will be removed. Atwill LLC is the agent. In Orange Park, JEA issued a letter of utility service availability for Caliber Collision to operate at 910 Blanding Blvd., where Caliber Collision proposes an 18,200-square-foot auto-truck collision repair facility.
