  • Yusen Logistics Inc., 4190 Belfort Road, contractor is Dav-Lin Interior Contractors Inc., 7,363 square feet, tenant build-out, $174,199.
  • Black Knight Financial Services, 601 Riverside Ave., contractor is Fickling Construction Inc., 9,510 square feet, interior renovation of elevator lobby, $40,000.

Roofing

  • The Columns Apartments, 333 Laurina St., contractor is James Shelton Roofing Inc., four permits for roof replacement, $77,400.

  • Warby Parker, 4712 River City Drive, No. 107, contractor is Thompson Awning & Shutter Co., three permits for logos on awnings, $2,200.
