The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing plans for construction of the 87,500-square-foot Baer’s Furniture Co. Inc. at 7760 Gate Parkway.
Pompano Beach-based Baer’s Furniture intends to build on 4.01 acres. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.
JEA issued a service-availability letter for Wawa to build a convenience store and gas station at 7790 Gate Parkway. Cuhaci & Peterson of Orlando is the agent.
The water management district also is reviewing plans for a self-storage center on 2.29 acres at 7782 Gate Parkway.
TTH Gate Point Meadows LLC of Columbia, South Carolina, is the developer of the 120,000-square-foot facility. The developer’s address is Lady Street Builders.
