Gracie Stack was promoted to club manager at Freedom Boat Club in Julington Creek. Stack joined the company as a dockhand in October at the chain’s St. Augustine location.
Progressive Railroading magazine named CSX Corp. Vice President and Chief Safety Officer James Schwichtenberg, 39, as a 2019 Rising Star in the railroad industry. A former Federal Railroad Administration official, he joined CSX in May 2018 and leads the company’s safety program.
The Betty Griffin Center in St. Johns County elected Jayne Evans and Patrick Carmichael as board members. Evans is the executive officer of Heart Touch Communications for Nonprofits. Carmichael is the principal at Pedro Menendez High School.
