Belfort Park property sold for $7.7 million

Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark represented seller.

Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark's Keith Goldfaden, Daniel Burkhardt and Luke Feldman represented seller Acorn Property Holdings in the sale of 8000 and 8001 Belfort Parkway to RFLED Belfort LLC of Fairview Park, Ohio, for $7.7 million.

The property comprises two single-story, multitenant buildings totaling 86,400 square feet of space at 87% occupancy at the time of the sale.

Jeff Terwilliger with SVR Realty represented the buyer.

Tenants include iHeartMedia, International Game Technology, Safariland LLC, Guardian Pharmacy of Jax LLC and DRMP Inc. Mutual of Omaha Bank of Tampa made a mortgage of $5.85 million.

The property sits on 26 acres.

They are two of six Belfort Park buildings that Acorn bought in November 2018.

It recently sold two other buildings there at 7900 and 7950 Belfort Parkway for $4.8 million in a deal assisted by NAI Hallmark.
