Leadership Jacksonville is accepting applications for its adult Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2021.
The yearlong program, Aug. 14, 2020, to May 21, 2021, involves the selection of more than 50 Northeast Florida leaders to build relationships, explore community issues and work to become better community trustees.
The nine daylong programs and two weekend retreats address areas of community concern, including poverty, education, arts and economic growth.
Applicants must complete an online application, available through Jan. 23, and may be invited for an interview. Selection is competitive and the group tries to choose participants who represent a cross section of the community.
The program fee is $4,000, with some partial need-based scholarships available. For information, visit leadershipjax.org or call (904) 396-6263.
