Retail notes: Harley Davidson dealership approved for St. Augustine; Petco building approved at Durbin Pavilion

 St. Johns County approved construction of a Harley Davidson dealership at 380 Outlet Mall Blvd. in St. Augustine.

The 33,000-square-foot retail building will be built at a construction cost of $4.2 million, according to the county. Adamec Harley-Davidson of St. Augustine says on its Facebook page the dealership is coming soon.

Retail notes

Petco was approved for a $1.5 million build-out of 18,000 square feet at 675 Durbin Pavilion Drive, Suite 101, in St. Johns County in The Pavilion at Durbin Park.

Valvoline intends to build a location along Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park. The St. Johns River Water Management District is reviewing a permit application for the project on almost an acre. Convenient Car Care LLC of Clarksville, Tennessee, is the applicant. Taylor & White Inc. is the civil engineer.
