  • City of Jacksonville, 1701 N. Myrtle Ave., contractor is Acon Construction Co. Inc., 11,136 square feet, renovate James P. Small Memorial Stadium, $409,104.
  • KB Homes Jacksonville LLC, 8108 Merchants Way, contractor is Bent Construction LLC, install playground equipment, $34,847.

Hospital, Institutional

  • Mayo Clinic, 7826 Ozark Drive, contractor is Auld & White Constructors LLC, 19,143 square feet, alterations to second floor, $2.4 million.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • RS&H Inc., 10748 Deerwood Park Blvd., contractor is Emerald C’s Development Inc., renovation of three floors, $1.3 million.
  • 4427 Emerson LLC, 4427 Emerson St., No. 1, contractor is Southern Grace Homes LLC, repair exterior wall, $15,000.

  • BB&T Tower, 200 W. Forsyth St., contractor is Childers Roofing & Sheet Metal Inc., roof replacement, $1 million.
