 Holland & Knight elected Jason Havens a partner in the business section in Jacksonville.

He is a board-certified Estate Planning Law Specialist in Tennessee and is board-certified by The Florida Bar in trusts and estates law.

Lexie Miller joined the Department of Children and Families/Children’s Legal Services in Jacksonville after serving in a similar capacity in Pensacola. She received a bachelor’s in criminal justice from the University of North Florida in 2013 and a J.D. in 2016 from Florida State University College of Law.

Sheryl Ellis joined McConnaughhay, Coonrod, Pope, Weaver & Stern in Jacksonville in the firm’s workers’ compensation defense practice. She is a 2012 graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law.

Susan Mack was elected as a partner at Adams and Reese in Jacksonville. She represents life, health and property/casualty insurers; and brokers, general agents and administrators on insurance regulatory and other legal issues.
