Retail to Baymeadows, Dunn: SunTrust Bank sells property in Atlantic Woods

The city issued mobility fee calculation certificates for retail projects proposed by Peter Sleiman Development Group on sites owned by Fifth Third Bank.

The city calculated a fee of $104,211 to mitigate the traffic impact for a proposed 6,246-square-foot retail-restaurant building on 1 acre at 8325 Southside Blvd.  at southeast Southside Boulevard and Baymeadows Road.

The city calculated a fee of $80,720 for a proposed 6,000-square-foot retail-restaurant on 0.6 acres at 910 Dunn Ave. at southwest Dunn Avenue and Monaco Drive in a Publix-anchored center.

SunTrust branch in Atlantic Woods

SunTrust Bank sold its Atlantic Woods branch property at 12929 Atlantic Blvd. to Oviedo-based Hill/Gray Seven LLC, a retail development and brokerage company.

Hill Gray Seven Investment & Development develops retail, medical, office, industrial, and luxury residential real estate.

The almost 4,500-square-foot branch, which closed in February, sits on 1.06 acres and was built in 2005.

RaceTrac in Gateway Village

Jacksonville Gateway Village LLC sold the RaceTrac station at 5004 Gate Parkway in Gateway Village at Town Center.

Wex Auto Jacksonville LLC, based in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts, paid almost $4.7 million for the station, which was built in 2018.

It occupies about 1.75 acres. The seller is led by leaders of the Cantrell & Morgan Inc. commercial real estate firm.
