VyStar Credit Union continues renovations at the Downtown 23-story office tower at 76 S. Laura St. it bought a year ago.
The city issued a permit Tuesday for Dana B. Kenyon Co. to build-out about 38,000 square feet of space on floors 8, 9, 16 and 22 at a job cost of $4.3 million.
The project is called Package 2 of the three packages of tenant improvements.
VyStar bought the tower, a parking garage and a neighboring building to renovate into an office campus.
It intends to move about 1,000 employees to the site.
VyStar intends to put its signs on the building by the end of August, replacing the SunTrust name. SunTrust leased space in the nearby Bank of America Tower.
